Definition of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the Papatoetoe Borough Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby defines the purpose to which the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall be dedicated as recreation, and futher, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Papatoetoe, in trust, for that purpose.
