Members of Board of Trustees of the National Art Gallery
and Dominion Museum Appointed

PURSUANT to section 2 (1) (f) of the National Art
Gallery and Dominion Museum Amendment Act 1936,
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council has been
pleased to appoint

Stanley Walter Fearn, Esquire, A.R.I.B.A., F.N.Z.I.A.,
as representing the Wellington Branch of the New Zealand
Institute of Architects, to be a member of the Board of Trustees
of the National Art Gallery and Dominion Museum for a term of
three years from 11 November 1955.

Members of Assessment Court for Farm Land List for City
of Nelson Appointed

PURSUANT to section 10 of the Urban Farm Land Rating
Act 1932, His Excellency the Governor-General has been
pleased to appoint

George Peter Dixon, Farmer, of Nelson,

to be a member of the Assessment Court for the City of
Nelson, and also to appoint

Allan Clifford Ront, Secretary, of Nelson,

on the recommendation of the Nelson City Council, to be a
member of the said Assessment Court.

The Hamilton Milk Delivery Notice 1952, Amendment No. 5 (Notice No. Ag. 6013)

PURSUANT to the Milk Delivery Regulations 1949,* the Minister of Agriculture hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Hamilton Milk Delivery Notice, 1952, Amendment No. 5, and shall be read together with and deemed
    part of the Hamilton Milk Delivery Notice, 1952† (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

  2. The Hamilton Milk Delivery Scheme 1952 as set forth in the Schedule to the principal notice and heretofore amended is hereby further
    amended as follows:

(a) By revoking the definition of “the plan” in subclause (1), and substituting the following definition: “ ‘The plan’ means the plan of the
district deposited for the purpose in the Auckland Office of the New Zealand Milk Board, corner of Nelson and Fanshawe Streets, Auckland,
under No. NZMB 92/1/1”.

(b) By revoking subclause (3), and substituting the following therefor:

“(3) Subject to the foregoing provisions of this scheme, the names and addresses of the vendors who are parties to this scheme and the
area in which they may deliver milk are as follows:
