Land Taken, Together With Rights of Way Affecting a Part Thereof and Subject also to a Notice of Charge Affecting Another Part Thereof, for Housing Purposes in the City of Dunedin, Wakari District, and Block VI, Dunedin, and East Taieri District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes, and also that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the right of way created by Conveyance No. 23046, Otago Registry, and also together with the right of way reserved by Memorandum of Transfer No. 186178, Otago Land Registry, for housing purposes, and also that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to part thereof to Notice of Charge No. X11152, Otago Land Registry, for housing purposes, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of December 1955.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Maori school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of December 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 2 roods 39 perches.
Being Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block V, and Lots 1, 3, and 4, Block VI, D.P. 793, Pipiriki Maori Township.
Situated in Block X, Rarotai Survey District.
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147665 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with a right of way reserved by Memorandum of Transfer No. 226931 over the part of the land in D.P. 10900 shown coloured blue on certificate of title, Volume 447, folio 193, Wellington Land Registry (limited as to parcels), for better utilization; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of December 1955.
