Land Taken for Street and in Connection with Street Extension in the City of Lower Hutt

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street extension, and that the said parcels of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of December 1955.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of December 1955.

Amending a Proclamation Proclaiming Land as Street in the City of Dunedin

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 23rd day of September 1955, and published in Gazette, 29 September 1955, No. 61, page 1564, proclaiming land as street in the City of Dunedin, by deleting from the Schedule to the said Proclamation the area described therein and substituting in lieu thereof the area described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 1 rood 11·32 perches.
Being Lot 320, D.P. 8272, being part Sections 12, 14, 16, and closed street, part certificate of title, Volume 360, folio 67, Otago Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of November 1955.
