A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of December 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of December 1955.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher’s residence, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of December 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 14 perches.
Being section 6, Block 9, Tuatini Maori Township. Part certificate of title, Volume 83, folio 142, Gisborne Land Registry.
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145109 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
