A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of December 1955.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and that the land described in the Second Schedule is hereby taken for housing purposes, subject to the water rights created by Transfer No. 132933, and subject to a building-line restriction imposed by K. 27492; and that the land described in the Third Schedule is hereby taken for housing purposes, subject to a condition as to building line imposed by Order in Council No. 2321; and that the land described in the Fourth Schedule is hereby taken for housing purposes, subject to a condition as to building line imposed by K. 30294; and that the land described in the Fifth Schedule is hereby taken for housing purposes, subject to a building-line restriction imposed by K. 27492; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of December 1955.
