A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of December 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 34·4 perches.
Being Lot 7, D.P. 4361, being part Section 115, Gisborne Suburban. All certificate of title, Volume 111, folio 30, Gisborne Land Registry.
Situated in the Borough of Gisborne.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by George David Shedlock, of Naenae, Coachbuilder, and Kataraina Shedlock, his Wife, under and by virtue of Deferred Payment Licence, Volume 657, folio 49, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken, subject to a building-line restriction registered as K.36551 for post and telegraph purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of December 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the above described interest is taken: 30·41 perches.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Otago Harbour Board by Coulls, Somerville, Wilkie Limited under and by virtue of lease registered Number 10501 (Otago Land Registry) is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of December 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estate is taken: 14·44 perches.
