Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution.

NOTICE is hereby given that by a special resolution duly passed in accordance with section 300 of the Companies Act 1933 on the 14th day of November 1955 the company duly resolved:

‘‘(1) That the company be wound up voluntarily.

‘‘(2) That Mr Trevor Lewis Gick, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.’’

HOKIANGA COUNTY COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Staff Housing Loan 1955, £3,500

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1926, the Hokianga County Council hereby resolves as follows:

‘‘That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £3,500 authorized to be raised by the Hokianga County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of erecting one staff house, the Hokianga County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-eighth of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value (being the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the County of Hokianga, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty years, or until the loan is fully paid off.’’

The above resolution making special rate was passed at a meeting of the Hokianga County Council held on 26 October 1955.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION

In the matter of the Companies Act 1933, and in the matter of Lynda Lingerie Limited (in voluntary liquidation members’ winding up).

NOTICE is hereby given that by an entry in the minute book of Lynda Lingerie Limited, under section 300 (1) of the Companies Act 1933, the following resolution was passed as a special resolution on the 14th day of November 1955:

‘‘That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr Howard Des Brisay Stewart, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.’’

Notice to Creditors to Prove

Any person or body having claims against the above company should forward proof of such claims to the undersigned on or before the 16th day of December 1955.

PURSUANT to section 222 of the Companies Act 1933, notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held on 17 November 1955, the following special resolution was passed:

‘‘That the activities of the company be terminated and that the company be voluntarily wound up, and that Peter Clendon Joyce, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.’’

All persons or companies having claims against the above-named company are required to send full particulars of same to the undersigned on or before 20 December 1955, otherwise they may be excluded from any participation in any distribution of assets.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 18th day of November 1955 presented to the said Court by Snow Rainger Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 16th day of December 1955 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
