Housing Act 1939, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one thirty-second of one penny (1/32d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the County of Tauranga, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 35 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.’’
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Tauranga County Council held on the 7th day of November 1955.

WAITOTARA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Workers’ Dwellings Loan 1955
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1926, the Waitotara County Council hereby resolves as follows:
‘‘That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £9,000 authorized to be raised by the Waitotara County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the erection of three workers’ dwellings, the said Waitotara County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0·049’ (decimal point nought four nine) of a penny in the pound upon the rateable capital value of all rateable property comprising the whole of the County of Waitotara; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 14th day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-five years, or until the loan is fully paid off.’’
I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of the resolution passed at the Council meeting held on Tuesday, 8 November 1955.

BALCLUTHA BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Sewerage Loan 1953
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1926, the Balclutha Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
‘‘That, for the purpose of providing the interest, principal, and other charges on a loan of £88,000 to be known as Sewerage Loan 1953, authorized to be raised by the Balclutha Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of providing sewerage for North Balclutha, the Flat or Town Area, and Lower Rosebank, the said Balclutha Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 11·638d. in the pound (£) on the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property in the Borough of Balclutha; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of September in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of ten years, or until the loan is fully paid off.’’
I hereby certify that the above is a true copy of the resolution passed at a special meeting of the Balclutha Borough Council held on Tuesday, the 8th day of November 1955.

RESOLVED, ‘‘That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £10,000, to be known as the Building Allotments Loan 1955, authorized to be raised by the Alexandra Borough Council under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1926 for the purpose of purchasing, subdividing, and developing land for housing purposes, the said Alexandra Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of twopence (2d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Alexandra; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of ten years, or until the loan is fully paid off.’’
