A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of November 1955.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the benefit of the drainage easement appurtenant to the land first described created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 40280, Canterbury Land Registry, and subject to the drainage easement as to the land secondly described created by Deed of Grant No. 84877, Canterbury Land Registry, for health purposes (dental training school); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of November 1955.
