Land Taken for Housing Purposes in Block VII, Naseby District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of November 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 34·7 perches.

Being Lot 3, D.P. 4816 (Township of Wedderburn Extension No. 1), and being part Section 23, Block VII, Naseby District. All certificate of title, Volume 283, folio 188, Otago Land Registry, Otago R.D.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of November 1955.
