Land Held for Housing Purposes Set Apart for a Teacher’s
Residence in the Borough of Mosgiel

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of November 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 28·26 perches.

Being Lot 66, D.P. 8287, and being part Section 10, Block II, East Taieri District. Part certificate of title, Volume 380, folio 163, Otago Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of November 1955.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of November 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 21·3 perches.

Being Lot 14, Deeds Plan 189, being part Section 227, Town of Palmerston North. All certificate of title, Volume 342, folio 250, Wellington Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

Situated in the City of Palmerston North.
