A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 207 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the course of the Kaituna River shall be altered or diverted within the area of land described in the Schedule hereto.

THAT portion of Section 31 of Square 22, Kaituna Valley Registration District.
Situated in Block IV, Onamalutu Survey District. (S.O. 4171.)
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148544 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development of water power (Haywards Substation); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of November 1955.
