A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a quarry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of November 1955.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as provisional State forest land.

ALL that area in Kawhia County containing 202 acres 1 rood, more or less, and being Sections 8 and 9, Block VII, Kawhia South Survey District. Authorizing the Laying Off of Lemon Grove Avenue in the Borough of Tauranga, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

At the Government House at Wellington this 2nd day of November 1955

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes the Tauranga Borough Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft. but not less than 50 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the proposed street within a distance of 42 ft. from the centre line of the said street.


SCHEDULE

THAT proposed street in the South Auckland Land District, Borough of Tauranga, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 12 perches, more or less, being part Lot 2, D.P. 25613, being part Allotments 4r and 46, Parish of Te Papa.

Varying a Condition as to Setting Back the Building Line of Portion of a Street, in the Borough of Birkenhead, Imposed by Order in Council, Under Section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928

At the Government House at Wellington this 2nd day of November 1955

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 27 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council dated the 23rd day of July 1952, published in Gazette, 24 July 1952, Vol. II, page 1244, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 13582, authorizing the laying off of the street described in the Schedule of the said Order in Council subject to a condition as to the building line, by varying the condition with regard to the building line imposed by the said Order in Council so that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lot 2, D.P. 42778, within a distance of 33 ft. from the centre line of the said street.
