A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Situated in Block II, Hunua Survey District. (S.O. 20906.) In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123743 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Adjoining Rural Section 2201 and part Rural Section 1252. Situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D. (S.O. 8736.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148352 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of October 1955.

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an Order dated the 26th day of February 1954 to be street.
