A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby
Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described
in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road:
1 acre 1 rood 19·2 perches.
Being part Section 2 of 1; coloured orange.
Situated in Block XI, North Molyneux Survey District.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 1 rood
2·7 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 2 of 1, and Section
8; coloured green.
Situated in Blocks XI and X, North Molyneux Survey
District, Otago R.D. (S.O. 12112.)
All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148490
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 31st day of October 1955.
