PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 0·31 of a perch.

Being Lot 5, D.P. 7758, being part Section 71, Eltham Village Settlement. Part certificate of title, Volume 40, folio 85, Taranaki Land Registry.

Situated in the Borough of Eltham.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of October 1955.

Being part Church Mission land.

Situated in Blocks III and IV, Newcastle Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37046.)

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148426 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.
