A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the portion of street described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed: 0·01 perches. Adjoining or passing through Lot 59, D.P. 15514, being part Section 44, Hutt District.

Situated in Block X, Belmont Survey District, City of Lower Hutt. (S.O. 23434.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148343 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of October 1955.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an Order dated the 17th day of January 1952, to be road.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of the Sockburn–Styx Railway

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 18th day of June 1953, and published in Gazette, 25 June 1953, Volume II, page 962, defining the middle line of the Sockburn–Styx Railway in so far as it affects Lot 2, D.P. 9101, being part Rural Sections 533A, 566, and 734, situated in Block VI, Christchurch Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 421, folio 7, Canterbury Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of October 1955.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Hobson County, containing 1 acre and 39 perches, more or less, and being Section 55, Block V, Tutamoe Survey District. As shown on plan No. 8/45 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 29273.)

ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Thames County, containing by admeasurement 52 acres 3 roods 11·6 perches, more or less, being Section 41, Block XVI, Tairua Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 23/76 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 36810.)
