A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 26·3 perches.
Being part Lot 3, D.P. 370, being part Allotment 20, Wai-pareira Parish.
Situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 39023.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148346 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of October 1955.
