Land Held for Better Utilization Set Apart for Housing Purposes in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for better utilization, is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of October 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 8 acres 2 roods 17·1 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 34436, being part Allotment 8A, Parish of Waipareira.
Situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 884, folio 178, Auckland Land Registry, after excepting thereout Lot 108, D.P. 42624.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of October 1955.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Anne Douglas Stewart, Spinster, Morris Stewart Spence, Chartered Accountant, and Frank Randolph Seaton Ashton, Public Accountant, all of Napier, as Executors, under and by virtue of Crown Lease, H.B. Volume 64, folio 162 (Hawke’s Bay Land Registry), is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of October 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estate is taken: 1 acre 1 rood 21·8 perches.
Being part Section 7.
Situated in Block VI, Nuhaka Survey District, Hawke’s Bay R.D. (S.O. 2840.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148194 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of October 1955.

Being part Lot 2, D.P. 7558, being part Allotment 31, District of Tamaki.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject, as to the land firstly described, to the interests created by Transfer No. 13477, and as to the land secondly described, to the interests created by Conveyance No. 119589, for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of October 1955.
