Crown Land Set Apart for Housing Purposes in the Borough of Waimate

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of October 1955.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 3 roods 39·6 perches.
Being Sections 271, 272, 273, and 274, Town of Waimate.
Situated in the Borough of Waimate, Canterbury R.D.
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148345 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of October 1955.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for better utilization; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of October 1955.
FIRST SCHEDULE
CROWN LAND SET APART FOR HOUSING PURPOSES
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 6 acres 1 rood 4·2 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 34436, being part Allotment 8A, Parish of Waipareira. Balance of certificate of title, Volume 890, folio 7, Auckland Land Registry, after excepting thereout Lot 74, D.P. 42624.
SECOND SCHEDULE
CROWN LAND SET APART FOR BETTER UTILIZATION
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 32·2 perches.
Being Lot 74, D.P. 42624. Part certificate of title, Volume 890, folio 7, Auckland Land Registry.
All situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of October 1955.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for accommodation for immigrants is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of October 1955.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 15·4 perches.
Being Lot 13, D.P. S. 1284, being part Mangakaretu No. 1 Block.
Situated in Block X, Patetere North Survey District, Borough of Putaruru. Part certificate of title, Volume 416, folio 173, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of October 1955.
