Land Taken for Road in Block VIII, Maungatautari Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, J, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of October 1955.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 3 roods 5 perches.
Being part Lot 53, D.P. 3080, being part Waipa Block.
Situated in Block VIII, Maungatautari Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37506.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148180 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of October 1955.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Nelson as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of October 1955.
