Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of October 1955.

Situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District. (S.O. 23347.)

Situated in the City of Wellington.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148367 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of October 1955.
