Land Held for Better Utilization Set Apart for Housing Purposes in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for better utilization, is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of October 1955.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 1 rood 9·1 perches.
Being part Lot 84, D.P. 10490, being part Hamlin’s Grant. Situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 39109.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147306 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue, edged blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of October 1955.
