HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Local Government Loans Board Act 1926, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the purposes of a water supply reserve for the benefit of all the owners of the Whangaparaoa 1A 2 Block.

Amending a Licence Authorising McCallum and Company, Limited, to Erect and Use Certain Electric Lines in the County of Buller

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends, as set forth in the Schedule hereto, the Order in Council dated the 15th day of December 1953 and published in the Gazette on the 7th day of January 1954, at page 13, authorizing McCallum and Company, Limited, to erect and use certain electric lines in the County of Buller.
SCHEDULE

At the fourth line of the Schedule thereto, the words “two other houses” are deleted therefrom, and the words “three other houses” are substituted therefor.

At the end of the Schedule thereto is hereby added the expression “and the plan marked S.H.D. 354 deposited as aforesaid”.
