A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the access ways described in the Schedule hereto.

Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes at Otahuhu

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of September 1955.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 32 perches.
Being Section 92, Eccleston No. 2, West Settlement.
Situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Manukau County. (S.O. 17180.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 13699 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Commission at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Approving the Term of the Licence Granted to the Gisborne Refrigerating Company Limited for a Tramway Across Kaiti Esplanade and Crawford Road in the Borough of Gisborne

At the Government House at Wellington this 21st day of September 1955
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Tramways Act 1908 and the Tramways Amendment Act 1910, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves the term of the licence granted for a period of twenty-one years from the 1st day of April 1955 by the Gisborne Borough Council to the Gisborne Refrigerating Company Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Gisborne, authorizing the said company to construct and maintain a private tramway on and across Kaiti Esplanade and Crawford Road in the Borough of Gisborne, the position of such tramway being more particularly shown on the plan marked P.W.D. 84970 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.
