A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for health purposes (district nurse’s residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of September 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 3·7 perches.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a plant depot and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Wairoa as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of September 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres.

Being part Mohaka A 17 Block.

Situated in Block IX, Waihua Survey District, Hawke’s Bay R.D. (S.O. 2811.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147914 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged pink.
