Land Taken for Street in the Borough of Putaruru

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Putaruru as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of September 1955.

No. 706 for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of September 1955.
