Land Taken for Road in Blocks VII and VIII, Tapapa Survey District, Matamata County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of September 1955.

Situated in Block IX, Waihua Survey District, Hawke’s Bay R.D. (S.O. 2811.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147914 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of September 1955.
