A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 rood 33·3 perches.
Being closed road in Proclamation 13851, Gazette, 11 June 1953, Vol. II, page 893.
Situated in Block VIII, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 35715.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 140337 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of September 1955.
