A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of September 1955.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:

0 0 10·28 Part Lot 26, Block I, D.P. 2041, being part Section 20, Harbour District; coloured sepia.

0 0 3·98 Part Lot 28, Block I, D.P. 2041, being part Section 20, Harbour District; coloured blue.

Situated in Block XVI, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 23384.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147779 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
