Revocation of Declaration of Infected Areas Under the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952 (Notice No. Ag. 5952)

PURSUANT to regulation 7 of the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952, the declaration of the areas of land described in the Schedule hereto as infected areas under the said regulations made on the 31st day of July 1953 is hereby revoked.

Sale of Unclaimed Property

IT is hereby notified that unclaimed property in the hands of the police at Whangarei, Auckland, Hamilton, Napier, New Plymouth, Wanganui, Palmerston North, Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch, Timaru, Dunedin, and Invercargill Stations will, if not claimed before Saturday, 1 October 1955, be sold thereafter by public auction.

Particulars as to the time and place of sale may be obtained from the Assistant Commissioner, Superintendent, or Inspector of Police in charge of the District.
