Supplementary Teachers Register 1955

PURSUANT to section 15 of the Education Amendment Act 1924, the following supplementary lists of additions or amendments made to the Teachers Register since the 1st day of August 1955 are hereby published, and show—

(a) In the primary list, names added to the Register and amendments in grading shown in the Register as a result of correction or change of status:
(b) In the post-primary list, names added to the Register and the post-primary classification of the persons concerned.

Road Closed by Order of the Maori Land Court

NOTICE is hereby given that the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto has been declared closed and vested in the owners of the Allotments 35B 2 and 3, Whangape Parish, by an Order of the Maori Land Court made at Ngaruawahia on 11 March 1953, pursuant to section 489 of the Maori Land Act 1931.

SCHEDULE

ALL those several areas of public road in the Raglan County in the South Auckland Land District situated in Block II, Rangiriri Survey District, being firstly those three areas containing respectively 1 rood 24.5 perches, 8.5 perches, and 1 rood 18.8 perches, more or less, being formerly portions of Allotment 35, Parish of Whangape, and now adjoining Allotment 35B 2, Parish of Whangape, and secondly those two areas containing respectively 3 acres 1 rood and 1.5 perches, more or less, being formerly portions of Allotment 35, Parish of Whangape, and now adjoining Allotment 35B 3, Parish of Whangape, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan numbered M.L. 17332 deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon coloured green.

Road Closed by Order of the Maori Land Court

NOTICE is hereby given that the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto has been declared closed and vested in Her Majesty the Queen by an Order of the Maori Land Court made at Auckland on 6 August 1953, pursuant to section 489 of the Maori Land Act 1931.

SCHEDULE

ALL those areas of public road in the Otamatea County in the North Auckland Land District situated in Block VI, Otamatea Survey District, being firstly that area containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 34.4 perches, more or less, being formerly portion of Kaitara No. 2 Block, and now adjoining portions of Kaitara No. 2 Block, and secondly that area containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 0.4 perches, more or less, being formerly portion of Kaitara No. 2 Block, and now adjoining portions of Kaitara No. 2A 1 Block, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan numbered M.L. 13777 deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon coloured green.

Notice Under Section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953

PURSUANT to section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953, the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that a list of unclaimed money dated the 15th day of June 1955, derived from the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land Court District and held by him, has been filed in the Office of the Registrar of the Maori Land Court at Whangarei, Auckland, Rotorua, Wellington, Gisborne, and Wanganui, and at all sub-offices of the Department of Maori Affairs, where the same may be inspected during office hours without payment of fee.
