Land Taken for Better Utilization in Block I, Paekakariki Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilization; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of September 1955.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:

0 1 12·1 Part Section 16, Wainui District, being also part Lot 6, Block VII, D.P. 2391, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 442, folio 246, Wellington Land Registry.
30 0 0 Part Sections 3 and 16, Wainui District, being also Lot 2, D.P. 4850, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 277, folio 97, Wellington Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post and telegraph purposes (line store and garage); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of September 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 roods 38 perches.

Being part Lot 18A, D.P. 3184, being portion of Allotment 148, Parish of Wairau, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 402, folio 23, Auckland Land Registry.

Situated in Block VIII, Waipu Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of September 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of September 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 16·53 perches.

Being part Sections 37 and 39, Harbour District, being parts Lots 4 and 5, D.P. 1254.

Situated in Block XVI, Belmont Survey District (Borough of Eastbourne). (S.O. 23413.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147778 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
