A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of September 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:

A. R. P. Being
5 0 1 Lot 11, D.P. 2104, and being part Section 38, Block I, Invercargill Hundred, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 115, folio 186, Southland Land Registry.

5 0 1 Lot 12, D.P. 2104, and being part Section 38, Block I, Invercargill Hundred, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 115, folio 187, Southland Land Registry.

Situated partly in the City of Invercargill, and partly in Block I, Invercargill Hundred, Southland R.D.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of August 1955.

in Blocks XXIV, XXVI, and XXVII, Town of Lumsden

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes, and shall vest in the Southland Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of September 1955.

In the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147700 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147501 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
