Crown Land Set Apart for a Post Office in Block I, Milford Sound Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of September 1955.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 3·4 perches.
Being part Section 1.
Situated in Block I, Milford Sound Survey District, Southland R.D. (S.O. 6228.)—
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147703 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of August 1955.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Taking Land for the Purposes of the Wellington Metropolitan Water Supply in Blocks XII and XVI, Akatarawa Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 4th day of February 1954, and published in Gazette, 11 February 1954, Vol. I, page 208, taking land for the purposes of the Wellington Metropolitan Water Supply in Blocks XII and XVI, Akatarawa Survey District, in so far as it affects the piece of land described in the Schedule thereto as comprising an area of 3 roods 7·4 perches, being part Section 8, Pakuratahi District, such land being no longer required.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of August 1955.

Land Held for Housing Purposes Set Apart for a Secondary School in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of September 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 14 acres 3 roods 12 perches.
Being Lot 417, D.P. 40023, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificates of title, Volume 297, folio 87, Volume 303, folio 293, Volume 438, folio 201, Volume 446, folio 82, and Volume 1022, folio 296, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto now held for a public school is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of September 1955.

Easement Over Land Taken for the Purposes of a Post Office in Block III, Otamatea Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for the purposes of a post office over the land described in the Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free right, liberty, license, and authority in perpetuity to convey the effluent from a septic tank installed on the land described in Proclamation 9218, Auckland Registry, along, under, or over the land described in the said Schedule, and for that purpose to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of pipes along, under, or over the land described in the said Schedule, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the said Proclamation 9218, Auckland Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of September 1955.
