Board appointed to Have Control of Waitarere Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Horowhenua County Council to be the Waitarere Domain Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a public domain.

Declaring Part of Ohakune Domain to be a Recreation Reserve Subject to Part II of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and Revoking the Reservation Over the Said Land

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the part of the Ohakune Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of that Act, and further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said land.
