Land Reserved in Land District of South Auckland and Declared to Form Part of Mount Maunganui Domain

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948 the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of the last-mentioned Act, to form part of the Mount Maunganui Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Changing the Purpose of Part of a Scenic Reserve in Otago Land District to Recreation Purposes and Adding the Reserve to Pounawea Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for scenic purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of the said Act, to form part of the Pounawea Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.
