General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare

for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of August 1955.

Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare

subject to the interests created by Conveyance No. 129005,
Auckland Deeds Registry, and subject also to Notice of
Building Line Restriction No. S. 66266, Auckland Land Regis-
try, for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of
August 1955.

perches.

Being Lot 7, D.P. S. 2830, being part Allotment 41E,

subject to the stormwater rights reserved by Transfer No.
185449, for a police residence; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of
August 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 28·9 perches.

Being part Sections 18 and 20, Ohiro District, being also
Lot 22, Block IV, D.P. 1854, and being the whole of the land
comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 447,

for police purposes (residence) as from the date hereinafter
mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 22nd day of August 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 32·4 perches.

Being Lot 5, D.P. 19088, and being also the whole of the
land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume
848, folio 66, Auckland Land Registry.
