A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electric works and shall vest in the Poverty Bay Electric Power Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of August 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 5 acres 3 roods 21·9 perches.

Being part Waikanae No. 3 Block, D.P. 2134.

Situated in the Borough of Gisborne, Gisborne R.D. (S.O. 4882.)

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146707 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilization; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of August 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 6 acres 1 rood 36·4 perches.

Being part Lot 2, D.P. 34436, being part Allotment 8A, Parish of Waipareira.

Situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 890, folio 7, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of August 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 33·3 perches.

Being Lot 6, D.P. 25567, being part Allotment 319, Mangapiko Parish, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 661, folio 199, Auckland Land Registry.
