Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the City of Nelson

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of August 1955.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the right of way over part created by Conveyance No. 28870, Auckland Deeds Registry, for health purposes (district nurse’s residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of August 1955.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a wildlife refuge; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of August 1955.

Situated in Block III, Otago Peninsula Survey District, Otago R.D. (S.O. 11915.)

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Roxburgh Power Scheme; Lake Hawea Control) and also that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with and subject to the right of way created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 183154, Otago Land Registry, for the development of water power (Roxburgh Power Scheme; Lake Hawea Control).
