A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie the Governor-Qeneral of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Sohedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 25.4 perches. Being part Lot 27, D.P. 484, pert. Kaiti 265 Block; coloured orange. Situated in Block III, Turanganui Survey District, Gisborne R.D. (S.O. 4857.)
SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road cloned: 25.4 perches. Adjoining or passing through Lot 3, D.P. 1322, end Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 1615, part Kaiti 261 Block; coloured green. Situated in Block III, Turenganui Survey District, Gisborne R.D. (S.O. 4857.) All in the Gisborne Land District; as the name are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147358 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, end thereon coloured as above mentioned. Situated in Block VI, Waiwera Survey District, Auckland R.D. (8.0. 38547.) All in the North Auckland Land District; as the Same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147310 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned. SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 6 acres 1 rood 32 perches. Adjoining or passing through Reserves 1361, 1887, 1897, nnd 1901, and part Reserve 1094. Sitnted in Block II, Ahaura Survey District, Westland R.D. (8.0. 4688.) In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on tho plan marked P.W.D. 147367 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works nt Wellington, nnd thereon eoloured green.
