Land Taken for Street in the Borough of Tawa Flat

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Tawa Flat as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of August 1955.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3·91 perches. Being part Section 44, Porirua District, being part Lot 1, D.P. 14084.
Situated in Block VII, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 23246.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147372 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of August 1955.

Land Proclaimed as Street in the Borough of Huntly

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the surface of the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto, together with the subsoil down to a plane 50 ft. below and approximately parallel to the surface of the said land.
FIRST SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land of which the surface and portion of the subsoil is proclaimed as street: 1 acre and 31 perches.
Being part Lot 111, D.P. S. 868, being part Allotments 38, 39, and 40, Pepepe Parish.
Situated in Block XV, Rangiriri Survey District, Borough of Huntly, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 36818.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146992 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
