A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of August 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1·8 perches. Being part Section 91, Lawry Settlement. Situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Ellerslie, Auckland R.D. (8.0. 39021.) In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147308 deposited m the office of the Minintcr of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the band of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of August 1955.
