A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road diversions in connection therewith.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of August 1955.
