Authorizing the Laying Off of Streets Off Helensburgh and Balmacewan Roads, in the City of Dunedin, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

At the Government House at Wellington this 27th day of July 1955
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes the Dunedin City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed streets described in the Schedule hereto at widths for parts of their lengths of less than 66 ft., but not less than 49 ft. 6 in. and 42 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 146873 referred to in the said Schedule, within a distance of 15 ft. from the side lines of the said streets.
SCHEDULE
THOSE proposed streets in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, containing by admeasurement 2 acres and 14 perches, more or less, being part Lots 6 and 9, D.P. 7448, and parts closed road, being part Sections 65, 67, 98, 99, 100, and closed road, Wakari Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146873 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Authorizing the Laying Off of an Extension of Chappel Street in the Borough of Alexandra, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes the Alexandra Borough Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for the whole of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the said street shown on the plan marked P.W.D. 147242 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 35 ft. of the centre line of the said street.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the Otago Land District, Borough of Alexandra, containing by admeasurement 13·23 perches, more or less, being part Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 6207, being part Section 3, Block XLIII, Town of Alexandra.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147242 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes the Napier City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 147168 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 45 ft. from the centre line of the said street.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, City at Napier containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 0·3 perches, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 4206, part Ahuriri Lagoon, and being part Block 122, Puketapu Crown Grant District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147168 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.
