A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby
Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim as street the land described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the street described
in the Second Schedule hereto.

being part Section 53, Hutt District; coloured green.
Situated in Block IX, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 21832.)
All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147225
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
