Waikato County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of August 1955.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:

0 0 15·4 Part Lot 1, D.P. 12815, being part Loan and Mercantile Grant; coloured sepia.
2 0 21·4 Part Lot 2, D.P. 24144, being part Allotment 91, Kirikiriroa Parish; coloured blue.
0 1 5 Part Lot 2, D.P. 24870, being part Allotment 90, Kirikiriroa Parish; coloured sepia.

Situated in Block X, Komakorau Survey District, Auckland B.D. (S.O. 36548.)

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147219 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 5 acres and 37·8 perches.

Being Lots 117 and 118, D.P. S. 2360, being part Allotment 20, Parish of Te Papa, situated in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 808, folio 129, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of July 1955.
