Land Taken for Ministerial Residences in the City of Wellington, and in Block XVI, Belmont Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for ministerial residences; and I also declare that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a ministerial residence subject to the water and incidental rights created by Transfer No. 57593, Wellington Land Registry, and together with the rights of way created by Transfer No. 198068, Wellington Land Registry, and Transfer No. 370645, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of August 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for police purposes (résidence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of August 1955.

Being Allotment 264, Town of Hamilton West, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 556, folio 269, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

Being Section 1, Block X, Tauranga Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1103, folio 233, Auckland Land Registry.

Situated in the Borough of Tauranga.
