A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of July 1955.


FIRST SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:

A. R. P.
1 0 0 Part Te Tou Kauri Block and being also the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 598, folio 317, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).
0 3 8·4 Lot 4, D.P. 24276, being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 638, folio 230, Auckland Land Registry.


SECOND SCHEDULE

PART Te Tou Block, being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 598, folio 318, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

All situated in the Borough of Helensville.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of July 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of July 1955.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 4 acres 3 roods 22·3 perches.

Being part of the land on D.P. 15794, being part Tutukeranga Block.

Situated in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37246.)

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147085 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre.

Being Lots 146, 145, and 144, and part Lots 136, 135, 134, on Deeds Plan 140, being part Taumataraiia Block No. 83N.

Situated in Block III, Otahoua Survey District. (S.O. 23369.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147030 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Being Lot 5, D.P. 8207, part Suburban Section 5, Class 2, Clyde, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, H.B. Volume 143, folio 81, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.

Situated in the Borough of Wairoa.
